Tuesday, 12-16-25 Trail Report

Volunteers have continued to work clearing trees on the MECCA Trail System.  Hundreds of trees have been removed; a short stretch on the Voss Lake Loop is the last segment to be cleared.  The system is rated in fair to good condition.  On Tuesday, groomers will work on leveling the trail surface which will result in the tracks being removed.  On Thursday, tracks will be reset and skate lanes combed.  On Thursday a couple inches of snow is predicted. The Mercer Springs Snowshoe Trail is in great shape; the Klondike and Donnor Loops are partially opened; volunteers are still removing trees.
