Volunteer
MECCA relies solely on volunteers to operate the organization. Volunteers are needed to maintain the Chalet, support facilities and the trail system. Special events such as the annual Winterfest require many volunteers to plan and work on the day of the event. Normally when there is a need for volunteers, an email is sent out to the membership explaining the project and listing the number of volunteers needed. Volunteers sign up on a first come, first serve basis.
Meetings
MECCA's regular Board meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of the following months -- January, February, July, September (annual meeting), November & December. Special meetings may be held at the discretion of the MECCA board. All paid members are invited to attend and participate in the meetings. Members will be notified via email of agendas, minutes, locations and date/time changes to the scheduled meetings.
